Exit Re-Entry visa, Iqama renewal fee doubled for Expats outside Saudi Arabia

Saudi Cabinet approved a new amendment, in which the fees for the extension of exit re-entry visas and iqama renewals will be doubled, for expats outside Saudi Arabia

The new amendment specifies that Exit Re-Entry visa fee is 200SR for 2 months and 100SR for each additional month, for expats in Saudi Arabia. * If the resident expat is outside Saudi Arabia, then the fee for extension of the exit re-entry visa will be doubled, which will be 200 SR for one month.

Similarly, the fee for multiple entry visa is 500SR for 3 months and 200SR for an additional month, for expats in Saudi Arabia. * If the expat wants to extend multiple entry visa for a month, from outside Saudi Arabia, the fee will be doubled, and it will be 400SR for 1 month.

As per the new amendment, Fee of iqama renewal for expats outside Saudi Arabia will be doubled of what they are paying now.

Council of Ministers also approved the amendments of Residency and Travel Documents systems that allows Saudi citizens to issue a passport within 24 hours.

Saudi Cabinet agreed to add a paragraph to Article 12 of Travel Documents Law that allows the issuance and renewal of a passport for Saudi Nationals within 24 hours for a fee of 500SR.

Ministry of Interior in Saudi Arabia will set the necessary procedures and controls for implementing the new decisions approved.
