Dell President of EMEA Adrian McDonald announced the expansion on the sidelines of the third LEAP tech event in Riyadh on 4 March 2024. Over 172,000 regional and international tech workers and 1,800 global tech exhibitors attend the four-day event, which ends on March 7.
– In recognition of Dell’s role in obtaining a regional headquarters license to operate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia the company has made a strategic investment that will serve to further its commitment to Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to drive economic diversification through technological innovation.
– The new Riyadh-based center will manage the whole range of Dell products sold in Saudi Arabia, including desktops, laptops, servers, storage, and networking. As a result, Dell Technologies will be better able to meet the increasing demand for its comprehensive consumer and enterprise solutions, develop new services and offerings, shorten delivery times, and boost customer happiness.

– The Saudi Arabian plant, which is Dell’s third in the European, Middle Eastern, and African (EMEA) area following the Ireland and Netherlands locations, is set to go live by the end of the year 2024.
– It is the company’s first META factory. It will be essential in developing the information and communication technology (ICT) industry in Saudi Arabia by producing new employment opportunities, educating locals, and encouraging creativity.
