Hajj 2025: Dr. Tawfiq Al-Rabiah, minister of hajj and umrah, said that the ministry has set aside over 120 locations to assist individuals who become lost while visiting the holy sites.  Trending: Procedure to check and download Hajj visa

King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, are honored to serve the Guests of God, the minister said at a government press conference in Riyadh. He added that the position of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques represents the spirit of all citizens who serve pilgrims with honor and dedication.

Along with Hajj offices in different countries, the ministry is preparing pilgrims for their arrival by providing them with training.

The ministry has set aside over 120 locations to assist individuals who become lost while visiting the holy sites.

Al-Rabiah, speaking at a press conference about the Hajj season’s preparations, mentioned that the holy sites are undergoing field preparations, including visits before the pilgrims’ arrival, to make sure they are welcomed in a secure and comfortable environment. He mentioned that during the month of Dhu al-Qi’dah, over 37,000 inspection tours were carried out on service providers to make sure they were following the highest standards of quality and service. There were 3,400 observations found throughout the tours, all of which were promptly handled and resolved.

The ministry’s field inspection trips of different service providers are ongoing; they are focusing on getting the water and power networks ready for the Hajj season and implementing four different scenarios.

According to the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, we will not stand for negligence or carelessness when it comes to serving pilgrims, and we will continue to honor innovative and prominent businesses that do this important work.

Hajj 2025: 50 sites have an “Ask Me” guiding service:

He went on to say that over 50 sites have implemented the “Ask Me” guiding service and that over 400 electric vehicles have been designated to assist the disabled and the elderly. Read: Hajj without Bag service from Saudi Railways

He said, “We are considering the mechanism of grouping and allocating camps to ensure smooth movement, and we are working to study the development of roads and pedestrian paths in the holy sites for the comfort and safety of pilgrims.”

He elaborated by saying that the Guests of God initiative, an executive initiative aiming to achieve Saudi Vision 2030, is responsible for the Hajj Projects Office.

He elaborated on how a qualitative shift has occurred as a result of the digital transformation that has taken place throughout the Hajj season, making it easier for pilgrims to carry out their rites.

Hajj 2025: Nearly 1.4 million Nusuk cards have been issued so far.

With almost 1.4 million “Nusuk” cards distributed, he said, they provide basic information about pilgrims and make it easier for them to travel around.

The Holy Mosque witnessed over 13 million visitors in 2024:

Well over thirteen million people visited the Prophet’s Mosque in 2024, up from five million the previous year, according to Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, minister of hajj and umrah.

He continued by saying that this year, the new permit service for accessing the Rawdah Al-Sharif using the Nusuk app has caused a record number of visitors to the Riyadhul Jannah.

He stated that the mechanism for scheduling and allocating camps is linked to guaranteeing the routes’ integrity and the absence of overlap while also taking religious factors into account. Furthermore, We are looking at ways to improve pilgrims’ safety and comfort by building roads and walkways within the sacred places.

He went on to say that pilgrims to the Sacred House of God arrive in the Kingdom through an integrated system of services and care given by the Kingdom, complete with infinite assistance and tight supervision from its wise leadership.
