– The Saudi Census 2022 will be the most thorough and accurate ever taken in the history of the Kingdom. The results, which were based on follow-up phone conversations to check data with a random sample of more than a million people, are more than 95% accurate. Numerous worldwide specialists have endorsed the process as being among the most precise in the world.

– The census of 2022 was carried out using the most up-to-date technologies, including satellites and self-enumeration technology, and in accordance with the best worldwide methodologies. Error monitoring and automatic data correction measures, including more than a million phone calls, 900,000 field visits, and the use of cutting-edge data analysis and statistical approaches, were used to ensure the accuracy of census data. Five distinct data sources were compared, and the accuracy of the data was verified by more than 200 indications.

– GASTAT has projected the population from earlier years based on the findings of the Saudi census 2022 in light of the evolution and shift in the methodology employed in the 2022 census compared to that of the 2010 census (which was primarily reliant on field and paper labor). Backcasting is used to reflect changes in census data brought on by improved methodology, and it is in accordance with worldwide best practices.
